THUNDEREven we …

Even we who don’t follow professional basketball find the upstart Oklahoma City Thunder hard to ignore.

With nine minutes twenty-nine seconds to go in the third period of the first game of the NBA finals––Thunder versus the Miami Heat––“the pirouette play” reflected the emotion, the athleticism, the attitude, and the chemistry of Thunder’s season. It shows “the save,” “the pirouette,” and “the point.”

I have run our recording of that play a dozen times.

Captions include:

“Easy Peasy”

“Just like Coach drew it up”

“Defend that!”
